Day 1 is complete. X2 Core is a great workout. It plays at a little slower pace than what I was expecting but was a VERY challenging workout. The focus is not on speed but form. The workout was fun as I had never performed many of the exercises. I also really enjoyed that the workout did not have many "sets" and was basically all new exercises, one right after the other. This made the hour go by fast.
I am really looking forward to improving on each exercise and this is part of the challenge.
